I have viewed your SEMAT Accelerator tool with interest. I was referred to it by Ivar Jacobson. I implemented something similar in a simple spreadsheet and in the process, raised a few questions. Some of these questions can also be asked in the context of the Accelerator. If you would like to take this discussion further, please provide an e-mail address so that the spreadsheet and associated questions can be shared.
